Our production of Spanish avocados starts in October and finishes at the end of April.
We have four varieties throughout the season (Bacon-Fuerte-Hass-Lamb Hass) ranging in size from 16 to 22.
The strong point of our Spanish avocado is its exceptional fat content, ranging from 23 to 28%, giving it an unrivalled taste.
What's more, since we're located in the very north of the production zones, we benefit from climatic conditions that enable us to use very little water and no pesticides.
We offer our avocados in green or peeled fruit, with a penetration level to match your specifications.
